coffee facilities toiletries provision nice breakfast
My Twin Room did include tea and coffee making facilities. I found the provision of toiletries quite satisfactory. Sheila's cafe nearby served a very nice breakfast. That was a bonus.
The water in the bathroom was not consistently hot .

good location coffee availability comfy bed small room not modern poor soundproofing
the location was really good. i could easily walk to kensington gardens from there. tea and coffee were available in the room, and i found a hairdryer too. the bed was comfy.
the room seemed smaller than it was in the photos. it did not feel very modern to me. i heard people going in and out of their rooms. it was not ideal.

Wonderful stay near Paddington
helpful staff convenient location
I enjoyed how close this place was to Paddington Station. It made travel easy. The staff were kind and gave me great suggestions for local places to eat. I really appreciated their help with my luggage, as there wasn't a lift AVAILABLE. The receptionist was also welcomingwith a feeling of security .
The stairs were steep and narrow. It took a LOT of effort. As someone with asthma, I felt quite breathless after climbing several flights.

The room was quite clean and maintained WELL. The bed provided good support and contributed to a restful night. I found everything to be well-organized and super clean, which ensured a comfortable environment .

good value reception staff modern reception basic room tiny room constant heating
i stayed in a twin room it was very good value for money. the reception was modern and well presented. the reception staff were very kind and helpful.
the room is basic and tiny. for 3 people we could not move, it was just a bed and four walls. heating was constantly on even though i asked for it to be turned off and the radiator was boxed in so i could not reach, so i had to keep window open.

convenient location friendly staff useful fridge
The hotel location was very convenient due to its proximity to Paddington Station. I appreciated the friendly staff. They offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants. The room included a useful mini fridge, so I could easily store snacks. I am thankful for the value received.
The room could have used better soundproofing as noise from outside was quite noticeable. I found this disruptive . This is the only thing I found wrong.
